Kickball, anyone?

Remember the fun of playing kickball at recess on the school playground? Downtown Dallas now has a kickball league, and First Presbyterian Church is putting together a team! Games will be on Tuesday nights in the fall, Oct. 5-Nov. 9, and will take place at the Main Street Garden, the new park two blocks from our church! What a great way to have fun & fellowship, and meet our downtown neighbors!

If you would like more information, contact Keith Conlon at 214-908-0430. Click here to download the necessary form. There will be a sign-up sheet in the Hall of History this Sunday.

Newcomers’ Class

What is God up to at First Presbyterian Church? What brought you to FPC? How is God at work in your life? Why do Presbyterians worship the way they do? What are the programs and ministries of our church?

These are some of the questions we explore in the Newcomers’ Classes. Visitors, new members or anyone who wants to learn more are invited to the fall series of Newcomers’ Classes, every Sunday from 9:30-10:30 in the Parlor, Sept. 12-Oct. 17. To sign up, contact Kathy Price at kathyp@firstpresdallas.org or 214-748-8051 ext. 230.
